Her bishop said, on her appointment in 2005, "Sandy brings a passion
for ministry, excellent local church leadership and growth, and a humble
and positive spirit to the task of ministry."
She is a member of the Conference Ordained Minsitry Team and is the
registrar for the Ozarks North District Ordained Ministry Team. She has

a member of the Leadership Institute Steering Committee and as a member
of the Episcopacy Committee.
She currently lives in Joplin, Mo., and she and her husband, Tom, have
two children, Kathy and Bill. Her parents, Al and Shirley Lausch,
continue to live in Brunswick.
