Mr. Aceto will not be able to attend the festivities because he is singing at the Metropolitan Opera throughout April.

The American bass has established an important presence among the world’s leading opera companies and symphony orchestras.

This season, he has sung with the Lyric Opera of Chicago, Los Angeles Opera, Boston Symphony Orchestra, Deutsch Oper Berlin, the Houston Grand Opera, Cleveland Orchestra and North Carolina Symphony Orchestra.
